Make sure files are in XLS format, not XLSX

The costume price list xls file should have these columns (including a header row):

Class, Times, Room, Style of Dance, Costume Gender, Amount to enter in computer - before tax, Amount After Tax, Sales Tax amount

Note, you'll want to enter duplicate rows for any classes with boys in them, putting 'boy' in the costume gender column for one of the rows (even if there isn't a separate boy costume)

The active students xls file comes from JackRabbit. It should have these columns:

Loc, Family, Student, Current Classes, Gender, Birth Date, Age, Grade, Active
