Put your source code into the box, and select the language it's written in. You can choose to either upload a source file or copy-paste a snippt.
The HTML is formatted and colored very nicely. I currently use it for my blog. A lot of the formatting is done with CSS with inline styles. I didn't create the main script, but just converted it for UtilityMill.
You can, of course, copy paste the resulting output code.
