This is a simply utility to let you upload an image file (JPG or PNG) and get a thumbnail back.
If you are giving it a JPEG image as input, make sure you select JPEG as the format. PNG is more versitile.
Height and width may have to match.
This is the first utility to show off Utility Mill's new third party library support. PIL in this case.
